The non-edible bones are ok for them. Just as a previous poster said, small shavings will pass easily through their system. The great thing about them, is that they will last much longer. On the other hand, pooches seem to go wild over the edible bones, but they do go very quickly. And, as always you have to watch them with treats and/or toys.
