Congrats!I live in NYC.. (Brooklyn) and we have lots of dogs..so i wash my pup once a week.. btwn baths i wipe him down with wipes before he steps foot on my floor. When you dont have your own yard and the side walk is everydogs potty i suggest more baths... if they are being trained on wee wee pads than the baths dont have to be as frequent!
as for the flakes def do a oatmeal bath, dont forget to protect her ear when you bath!
