I have a rescue Pommie who has skin allergies. I cut out wheat, corn, and eggs. That still didn't totally solve the problem although it did help. I now have him on a no-grain food and he is doing much better. I'm using Taste of the Wild right now. I may look for another brand because his stools are still very soft. It's JMO but I would check into allergies. Might even be something you are using around the house. Hopefully someone else will post and have some ideas. Most of my solutions have come about because of info I've read here on YT. My vet hasn't been much help. If you trust your vet, maybe he/she can help.
