yes Blue has become a very good food since they were involved in the recall- they have completely changed their formula. However, if you have a Global pet Food store- which i think there is one in Waterloo= i'd go there for food and look for either Orijen, Innova, California Natural or Natural Balance. And yes your pup should be on a puppy food until he is 12 months.
