Anne, I'm sorrry about the loss of your two babies, and the fact that you had to have a Section. I'm happy your Momma and 2 survivors are doing well!
I've had this happen too. I guess if you do this long enough, you'll see it all! It is possible, my Vet had to manipulate the baby back into the original horn and present correctly, but you have to catch it early before the placenta detaches.
