well he is just young- and is not used to being away from his "pack" and dogs are pack animals that sleep together- so now he is all alone. I would put him in your room at night with a pee pad in there and his bed- whatever that might be. This shoudl stop the crying. I woudl't let him cry- he is telling you he is lonely and maybe even a bit scared. He needs to be with his new "pack"
