I bring mine out come rain or shine too, once a day but for at least 40 mins if not an hour unless its too cold that day then maybe 30 mins. I have a ton of sweater and a winter coat and booties for him so that he stays warm...I am one of those people who do not like to see my dog shiver because he is cold
. I try to bring him out more often for car rides too or when hubby goes to his barber or places that allow dogs, I bring him along
