It is going to be more difficult to get a liver compromised dog to eat and I would say with shaking and picky eating with mildly elevated bile acids, there is a liver problem here most likely.

I would force feed canned L/D or try Royal Canin LS 14 kibble because it is palatable to so many dogs. Be careful about adding foods to get her to eat because a lot of them aren't safe for liver compromised dogs. You could try mixing her L/D kibble with something like Stonyfield yogurt but I highly doubt that will entice her very much.
