Wow! You are fast. Thank you for your quick response. It crossed my mind that it might be an ear infection, but the mites thing scared me because my friend said that if he has it, my little girl is sure to catch it.
Being that my girl has been on meds. recently. After her last round of shots, she got a cold and then had an upset stomach for which I had to put her on a special diet as well as meds. I was praying that I didn't have to give her any more for some time and let her system recuperate.
I didn't see the vet use an instrument to look in his ears and my friend said that you can't see them with the naked eye. So I guess that he wasn't checking for mites. I'll mention it on our appt.
