It is not responsible for a) breeder to advertise they sell "teacups" since that is only a term for extrememly small dogs that can have health issues and b) A breeder should not be trying for dogs under 3 lbs and i can't IAMGINE a breeder shipping a dog that is going to be under 3 lbs.
