I am not quite sure exactly what the belly bands are used for. Is it so they dont mark or so they dont do the actual tinkle?
We are having trouble with Houston. Bentley will ring the bell and Houston wont and we refuses to let us know when he has to go. I also think he is still marking. Especially when we travel to others homes. What do you do in that situation?
