Chloe will if I am holding her on my lap and rubbing her belly or combing her , sometimes she is more compliant than others .She wont if she is on the floor and I try it. Sydney on the other hand lives on her back ....she should have a sign " will work for belly scratches" around her neck. As soon as she sees me she rolls over for a scratch . It's hard to keep her on four legs most of the time
