Nope Olivia won't go out in the rain either! I've tried to get her to use pee pads (previous owners said she used them all the time) but it just lays there for days, unused, no matter how many times I put her on it. So I take her out in the rain, put on my hooded jacket and WAIT and WAIT and WAIT til she finally gives in! She has improved just a tiny bit over the past 2 months...so maybe spring she figure out that she won't melt....
