I am going to look at a yorkie rescue little man on Sunday! I want to make sure he and Olivia will do ok together; both are neutered/spayed, about the same weight; Olivia is 8 yrs old and the little man is 5 yrs old. We've just had Olivia 2 months but she is doing fantastic, loving her new life as a true pet (retired breeder) and I just know she is yearning for a companion!
My question to those of you that have more than one yorkie is: do you think I should take Olivia along when we go to see him for the first time? We are meeting him at a local neutral place, since he is being fostered a couple of hours away but it worked out that they were going to be in my area anyway.
I asked the foster mom every question about him that I could think of on the phone, but I'm still nervous - and excited!!!
