I would try some of the suggestions above--transition her more slowly. It may be that it will just take a little time for her to adjust. It may be that she just can't eat Wellness for whatever reason.
Just take it slowly and closely monitor her. Make sure that she is eating and keeping down enough and that she is not getting dehydrated. Sometimes swapping foods can cause intestinal upset with dogs and it can lead to a nasty infection.
