I'm sorry that your search for a puppy has been a frustrating time for you....it's not quite the same situation as you, but when I was looking for a yorkie I came up against alot of prob....I at first wanted to rescue but the shelter wouldn't place a dog with us because I have young kids. I also had trouble finding a breeder who would sell me a puppy for the same reason. Even though I respected their reasoning it was still frustrating to me. Now though I'm glad it took so long because I have Twinkle - the best yorkie in the world (to me!), I'm sure this is just fates way of making sure you get the best yorkie in the world too!
