Paula is right, 6 weeks old when they get their 1st set of puppy shots. Don't need to bring the Vet a stool sample, don't even know why he would request that. I de-worm my own, get the worming medicine from the Vet. It cost about $12 and is enough for several dogs-several times. The vet charges $7 per puppy/dog. I never use the liquid wormer from stores, not sure how good it is.
