Karissa, the owner, made that tutu for Bella for Halloween and asked me to send pictures (I told her we were having some made....those didn't turn out very good, so WE took some, and they turned out great!) After seeing the pics, she asked if she could use Bella's picture on her website!!! Isn't that cool?!
