Ok so we got a new home computer Dell w/ vista. I had a hp with xp. My daughter has a ipod and uses her itunes on the old computer. She has 457 song that have been paid for over the years and we don't want to loose them. I took the itunes/folder off old computer and put them on a portable hard drive. My intentions were to plug the hard drive into her laptop and transfer files there...However it keeps saying something about itunes having problems with vista. Her lap top is also vista. Anyone have any idea why it wont transfer or how do I do it. I'm sure there is a way to do it, I'm just not computer savy...lol
