Hello! My name is Hannah Allen and I live in Kentucky! My boyfriend and I are getting our first puppy this Christmas! I was just curious if any of you knew of any reputable breeders in Kentucky? We are looking for a small puppy (under 5lbs), and do not want to spend over $500. Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
