haha, lilly is so smart. does she look away because of the flash light? i know that milu looks away because of the flash light, so if i turn off flash, she usually wont look away before i can snap a picture. maybe you can try that, take pix in a well lit room and turn off the flash. i think maybe that's also why lilly turns her head away?
