I agree... Target & Walmart are your best bet for cute and inexpensive clothing... Also, if you have a Dollar Tree store in your area, you might get lucky
They sometimes will have lulu pink and other brands that the main stores dont want anymore...and for $1.. you cant beat that
About a month ago, I found lulu pink harnesses and rhinestone collars..that were both priced wwaayy more than a buck when I'd seen them online..Hope this helps
