Yes, my boy does the same thing and it drives me crazy. He hates the rain, but I have to make him go. He knows the word potty and when I tell him to go he will, but he will try to run back in quickly when I know he has not finished his business. So I have to walk out into the rain to get him to stay there.
But I guess its work it, cause I love him so much!
