No idea about whiting Yorkies but I would not allow Ellie to have garlic too often. A large amount one time or small amounts over a period of time can permanently denature hemoglobin. There is some connection between garlic and anemia, dermatitis and asthmatic attacks. There is no reason to give it and there can possibly be problems from it, so why take the chance? I think there are safer ways of taking care of fleas...
