I've tried numerous times to at least trim Ginger's nails even a little, She hates it when I do it, and acts like it's the end of the world.

It's pretty long, Her vein is the same length as her Nail. Do you think the Vet can fix this?? its really stressful for myself and Ginger when I do it, but I can't do it myself at this point.
