I think she will be just fine. Occasionally owners are told to feed canned cat food to underweight dogs. The biggest concern with a one time occurance is that she could get pancreatitis or possibly some intestinal upset. Because she is so young, if she does get diarrhea, you may have to go to the vet because pups dehydrate so quickly but there is a very good chance that all will be okay.
