Bandit is 9mths old .I've had him since a puppy he was housebroken at about 3mths old.{at least thats what I thought}.Now he sneaks off and poops anywhere no one is and is peeing on everything.I put him out and he will come in and pee on the coffee table or the edge of the bedspread anywhere at all.My yorkies are inside 2 fences so they can stay out as much as they like.He can be out for an hour and come right in and pee.My older yorkie starts barking if he sees him and Bandit will run to the door to go out .He is getting neutored Oct 7th.Do I start training all over?How long does it take to heal from neutoring?when can I start housebreaking process again?
