Anyhoo I happened upon a post on here about Petedge and their minimum charges on top of shipping. I wanted to make you aware of another resourse called Kings Wholesale. There is no minimum order and on most products they pay shipping. It's just another place that I tend to order my things from and thought you may find it useful too. I've never been asked if I am a buiness or not when ordering. I also order a lot from petedge but being in the field I rarely have a problem ordering more than $60!
