My fletcher went through a phase over the summer where instead of cuddling on the couch with me at night he'd go in the kitchen and lay in his own bed. It made me sooo sad to see him over there in the dark kitchen alone, but no matter what I did he would come to me or stay with me if I physically brought him over. So I had to let it go. My Dexter decided to sleep with my bfs son a couple weeks ago. I checked on him about 5x and he just looked at me but didnt move so I had to leave him there. It was heartbreaking. I felt nekkid without him in bed. I left the doors open and at 430am I woke up and he was back with me! BF was happy to have him out of the bed for a night! LOL
