I've stopped by twice now and it both times there were 3 workers and one was throwing balls and toys for the dogs and the others were holding dogs. They don't put out pee pads...they have the artificial grass square box thing for them to pee on. I think that will be OK because Teddi goes on pads and outside so she should pick up on that. I would just love to hear what those of you who have dogs in doggie day care think of it or if you have any negative feelings towards it.

I have mixed emotions on doggie day cares....I think it can be a great thing, but then I think it can be a bad thing. There is one doggie day care here that I looked at, and all their workers looked like they were young kids, and werent paying that much attention to the animals, so i was like hmm....would i really risk that? I do think it can be a great thing to do though! I would just make sure your dog is up to date on all vaccines, and that that is something they require there, as well as if animals are spayed/neuterd! but go for it, if it looks harmless, do it. I guess i'm jsut picky since i worked at a vets for 7+ years =)
