Apparently they are not in this country so they are probably offering yorkies very cheap, you pay the shipping and you never get your dog. It really makes me mad that there are so many scammers out there. I guess some of them are wising up and making website to make them look like legitimate caring breeders. I know of several people that have been ripped off with scams like this.
