12", I believe. They are HUGE and I'd probably go with a smaller kind, if it exists, next time. However, they get along fine with it and seem to enjoy its large size! Makes them happier!
Izze chews it by laying it horizontally. I think that it will take super long to eat it...as they barely did anything to it yesterday and they were chewing it for over a half hour!
I also got some braided kind which were still big, but not nearly as big... I'm saving those for Christmas as it is a favorite here.
