Default Different Kind Of Behavior

Emilee's babies are 9 weeks old now (on the 9th) and she is still so cautious with them. Neither she or Gidget were like this when their litters were this old. Even though the babies are eating hard kibble now...she still lets them nurse, but not for very long. She was done with the last two litters when they were 6 or 7 weeks old.

Previously she pretty much would go check on them, but that would be it. This time, the least little noise and she is going crazy to get to those puppies. She stays with them most all the time, but didn't do so with her previous litters at this age.

Since this is not normal for Emilee is there anything to be concerned about? The girls are scheduled to go to their new homes at the end of this month.
