I have a similar cuddling situation. Ollie used to like to curl up on me while we're hanging out on the couch, but now that he's discovered the back of the couch, that's where he likes to hang out when he's just sitting/laying down. He'll put up with a minute or two of cuddling, then hops back up there.

Whatever though. It is really cute to see him curled up there like a cat.
