I personally would recommend waiting until she is at least 2 years old. A lot of things can go wrong if they are to young. For example if the mom is to young she might not be interested in the babies and you would have to raise them your self. She needs to be mature enough is what I guess I am getting at. Also I would recommend doing A Lot of research first. Their is a lot to learn about breeding and not just anyone can do it. I also found it helpful to watch whelping videos on youtube.
