Glad she came out.

I would not call 911 unless she was hurt or would not come out of the deck for a few hours.

I would do whatever I could to get her out...get the smelliest yummiest food or treat possible. If that didn't work..I would go see if a neighbor had a pry bar or chainsaw and cut the crap out of the deck.
