Does your baby chew on things, or get into anything shes not supposed to? She may have a foregin body, and with puppies this is a very common thing. She could have chewed something, and got stuck in her intestines, i would call the vet and see if they can do xrays, just to make sure nothing is stuck! Good Luck!
