I would tell your vet everything you have told us here, the heavy breathing could also point to several things, but I still wonder about the possibility that it was a seizure as the lung muscles could have been affected by the seizure if that was it. Did she feel warm at all or was her heart racing? Like others have said it could just be a one time thing, maybe she just had a really deep sleep and was waking up a little slow. Just better to be on the safe side.
