I'm sorry about her breath... Kingston's never had really bad breath at all. To be on the safe side we give him these dog bones called "Freshies" which get rid of plaque and tartar... plus he loves them
She is probably still teething too at that age, so the bone would be good for her to gnaw on. Best of luck!
