i have no idea why she is afraid. i think people didn't respond to this thread because no one knows why your puppy is behaving this way. i mean , you are there, you are the mom, and you know all the dogs better than others. so if you don't know why she is afraid, then it's hard/impossible for other people to know why she is afraid.
i suggest that you watch them interact closely, and not leave your dog there unless you are watching closely(otherwise you won't be able to find out what's scaring her). observe why she behaves like she is afraid. and if she is really afraid, then you shouldn't take her there because it is stressful for her.
