Well.... kinda... but a splashguard would sit down on the edge of the tub to keep the water from running off the edge. This is just an attachment to the shower rod that curves the lining inwards.
I knew this would be difficult to explain but I've had it for a long time and even had one at our old house years ago so I thought maybe someone else has seen these and would know exactly what I'm talking about.
