A horse and goat are in the front yard with only about 20x20 feet to be in, tied up and you can see the ribs on the horse. 4 dogs tied up out front and very nasty. Also she said mia was a full blooded yorkie and she is a yorkie/chihuahua mix. I am so disgusted but love mia. She is a great dog but very sick.

Can I ask you how you obtained her? Was she shipped to you (or) did you go to this house and pick her up? Elaine
