My story exactly. I hope you get some good advice so I can use it! Oh.. just thought I'd note -- if you have ear drops for Pita, make sure you wipe gently around the outer ear before you use them. I think I made his worse because I didn't check carefully for the brown junk that comes along w/ ear infections
