This happened to Yuki about a year ago. She drank a lot of water after playing/running around and took a nap by me on the couch. The next thing I know my leg was all wet. I totally freaked out and thought there was something wrong with her and took her to the vet the next day. They did a couple of tests and gave her some antibiotics to clear up any infection. Turns out the tests were negative and she was fine. I just over reacted. Now when she drinks a lot of water before bed time I try and take her out right before I go to sleep. We have 2 large dogs in the house too, and it's tough to keep the water away from the little one! |
