has signed into law a law here forbidding the sale of all puppies under the age of 8 weeks. Now folks are not allowed to take them away from their moms too young (I myself would prefer 12 weeks, but Rome was not built in a day). The law also forbids selling sick puppies! After all the heartache I endured after losing my Max (the BYB lied about his age and weight), I hope that this new law saves other new owners heartbreak. Not overly pleased with Arnie as governor (even though I voted for him), but I am pleased that he is at least looking out for the puppies, though he is not doing too well by the kids.
