I would call Animal Control! If he has a tag, depending on where you live, they will contact these people and probably fine them! That is what they do where I live, and after a couple of times they get increased fines.
We had a problem like that in our neighborhood with a rat terrier...he no longer runs the streets. I have a feeling they got tired of paying the fines. I know a few people called about him!
I know a lot of people hesitate to call, but you might save this little yorkie's life! He could easily get run over. |
