My little Winston is 10 months old and he still barks at all the other dogs while we walk. He even barks at the pretend ones that he saw the last time he walked. It's an excited bark to, he's just saying "play with me, play with me" but to humans it's rather annoying! ha ha
I have yet to train him out of this and he's been doing it since he was about6-7 months old.
