I can understand completely your shock and hurt feelings.
I wonder if it was some assistant's fault that cards weren't mailed out.
I am sure he had staff to do those things. He would probably feel bad
if he know his patient's weren't notified properly. Hope that's makes
you feel just alittle bit better.
There are good vet's out there. Hopefully you will find the right one
to replace the one you had so much confidence in.
