I just thought I would post a quick thread here to ask if anyone else's Yorkie licks excessively?
Our 7 month male, neutered, Yorkie is so friendly and happy. He loves to see both people and dogs and his greeting is a whole lot of licking! His tongue is going non-stop, often licking other dogs' faces - even in their mouths!! I do not know how to discourage this - some dogs don't like it and some people do not either. He is so friendly and happy and is not aggressive in any way and is quite submissive when needed around other dogs.
Any suggestions or similar experiences would be appreciated.
