You should add to the ripoff report that someone posted above. On the right hand side of the page, you can click a box that says, something like consumer and then there's a box that says rebuttal. Click the consumer one and write what you've written here to let people know what she's doing. You don't have to use your real name. You can if you want, but don't have to.
People like this need to be exposed.
